Hammerlock Commercial Grade Straight Edge Tiles 4' x 6' x 3/4"
4' x 6' - 3/4" (18mm) Hammerlock Straight Edge Rubber Tile Overview:
The Hammerlock tile series is unique because it is Vulcanized rubber, not bonded (urethane bound).
The 3/4" thick super mat is virtually indestructible. Vulcanized rubber is more than 5 times the tensile strength of the typical bonded rubber tile; making it superior for weight rooms and fitness areas with heavier impact.
3/4" (19mm) Straight Edge Rubber Floor Tiles are an excellent choice when you wish to have a seamless floor in a vulcanized mat. The straight edge rubber flooring tiles can be glued down.
3/4" thick vulcanized rubber is suitable for use at heavy duty, military, cross fit, impact stations, fitness centers, dugouts, and high school weight rooms.
The tiles are 4' x 6' straight edge tiles are Trued to 47" x 71" by default unless specific by client. Edges are trued to ensure perfectly straight edges on the tiles for a quality installation.

Typical Rubber Applications:
Vulcanized rubber is ideal for situations of high moisture, water, outdoor dugouts, etc. Vulcanized rubber will NOT absorb water or buckle with exposure to moisture. It is solid melted rubber.
