Our carpet bonded foam rolls are a trusted surface for cheerleading programs, gymnastics facilities, trampoline parks, and a wide range of high-impact athletic spaces. The combination of a durable needle-punched carpet layer and a shock-absorbing foam core provides dependable performance for tumbling, martial arts, dance studios, and even wall padding applications.

Available Foam Construction

Carpet bonded foam is produced in two main configurations.
This listing is for the EVA hybrid foam option. For standard polyethylene (PE) foam, please refer to our alternate product listing.

EVA vs. Polyethylene – Key Differences
EVA foam has a softer feel and more give underfoot but rebounds slower than cross-linked polyethylene. To maintain proper athletic responsiveness, our EVA rolls use a hybrid build:
• Two base layers of ¾" EVA foam
• Topped with a firm PE cross-linked layer
This structure delivers a softer feel without sacrificing support during stunts, tumbling, or martial arts movement.
Note: EVA cannot be manufactured with a flex/cross-cut backing.

Standard Roll Specifications

Dimensions: 6 ft wide x 42 ft long
Foam Options: 1-3/8" and 2" thickness in standard PE
Fast production on select “quick-ship” colors — typically 1–3 weeks

Athletic Textiles also produces vault runways and custom-sized practice mats to complement foam roll installations.

Velcro Included

All multi-roll orders include joining strips.
